Why I study Russian language

I never doubted the need to learn Russian. There are many reasons for this:
Firstly, I am Russian and live in Russia – I just need it to communicate with other people. But not only in Russia they speak Russian, most citizens of the Baltic states and the CIS speak it. Although, unfortunately, recently some countries have been trying to “exclude” it from their countries and raise hatred for everything Russian. And the first on the way of getting rid of the “Russian spirit” is precisely the language. This is a stupid policy – because depriving yourself and your citizens of the Russian language – they deprive themselves and the great works of Russian poets and writers.
Secondly, I believe that the Russian language is one of the most beautiful and rich languages of the world. It is only worth reading the works of Pushkin, Esenin, Bunin, Lermontov or other Russian classics, and doubts about the beauty and richness of the Russian

language will immediately disappear. But with all this, the Russian language is very difficult to learn. And some, frightened by the difficulties, ask the question: “Do I need Russian language for me?”.
Thirdly, the language is the bearer of the culture and wisdom of the ancestors. And, it is impossible to fully penetrate Russian culture and learn the mystique of the Russian soul, not knowing the language. But the richness of the language lies in the history of our people, full of great victories and achievements.
Fourth, a good knowledge of the language allows you to achieve more in life. For example, you will not be placed in a responsible position if you are illiterate, foul language, or do not know how to express your thoughts to the fullest.
Literate speech speaks not only about the breadth and richness of your soul, but also about the good knowledge of the language. And if a person can not express their thoughts without a mat, then he is simply limited. And it is always more pleasant to communicate with a literate person.
We must love and cherish the Russian language – this is our wealth!
