Why do I have to go in for sports?


If you want to be healthy, strong, slender and beautiful, go in for sports. It is necessary to do exercises, it is useful to swim, play tennis, volleyball, badminton, skate. It strengthens muscles and bones, hardens, develops coordination of movements, forms the correct posture, makes the figure slim, increases immunity. In addition, playing sports make a person internally strong, purposeful, persistent, that is, they form a character.

Especially I like skiing. It’s an exciting and very healthy sport. Repulsed with sticks and quickly slip on a snow-white carpet, gaily rustling under the onslaught of skis. Frosty air blushes the cheeks.

Skiing is an active sport fork that helps the overall physical development of a person and is very healthy, like all outdoor activities. It promotes ventilation of the lungs, improving the circulation of lymph, that is, it stimulates metabolism. Frosty air is twice as useful as warm air, as it helps hardening.
