Composition on the vocation

Every person is born with some gift, talent. It can be a wonderful musical ear, talent of the narrator, great physical endurance, the ability to sew well and the like. Some people can excellently sing or dance, draw or write poetry, solve problems or play chess, and these abilities are visible to everyone. It is clear that you need to choose a circle where you can develop your abilities, and then it can and should become your business for life.

And other people’s abilities are not so obvious. For example, I read about a woman whose mother was very sick, she had to sit with her all the time. The woman had to quit her job, and to have some money, she began to knit things for sale. She used to love to knit, but then it turned out that she had a talent. She came up with very beautiful products, customers queuing up. She had to hire female workers and open the atelier. This woman found her calling, she was engaged in what she liked and received very good money for it.

Calling

is a talent that becomes your business for life. Finding your calling is luck, because then you will do exactly what you like, and the results will be very good, because you have this talent for it. But sometimes it’s not easy to understand what your vocation is for. After all, if it is not very clearly expressed first, then it is possible to make mistakes. For example, I can not yet decide what I would like to do in adult life. I like programming, I study in a circle, and the manager thinks that I’m doing very well. But I’m also interested in geography and travel and would like to find a job that would be connected with this. It is difficult for me to decide which of these things I have a vocation for. Therefore, while I am intensively engaged in both programming and geography. Maybe later I can make a choice.

If I decide that I need to be engaged in programming, I can work in many places where people of this specialty are required. For example, create sites for various organizations or make programs for games and the like. I will earn enough to make traveling my hobby.

And if I choose

geography, I can get a job in a travel agency and also apply my knowledge in practice, and at the same time satisfy interest in travel.

Maybe I will create my own resource on the Internet, where I will put information about travel and about different countries. I could do all the work related to programming myself, and I would not have to hire a programmer.

In general, I have not decided yet, but I am sure that I have some vocation. And I’m sure that I will find it.
