Damaged computer

The computer is bad for vision. The fact is that small vibration and flicker from the monitor (CRT, LJ) can overload the muscles of the eyes, which slowly but surely leads to a gradual decrease in visual acuity. It is when working at a computer that most people suffer from the so-called dry eye syndrome, caused by the partial drying of the tear film. Constant overstrain of the eyes can cause a spasm of accommodation, i. e., false myopia, which is treated by means of a whole complex of special exercises.

The computer is bad for the spine. Long work in the same pose causes a load on the same group of muscles. At the same time, there is no burden on the muscles of the back! All this can lead to their degradation and to the destruction of intervertebral discs, which, in turn, will cause osteochondrosis. In addition, in the sitting position, the load on the intervertebral discs increases significantly, which can lead to the appearance of a hernia of these discs, the occurrence of pain

in the extremities, in the internal organs, in the head, etc. In childhood, the continued use of the computer in the wrong position can lead to the curvature of the still fragile spine.

The computer emits electromagnetic waves. It is curious that this negative factor was noted by doctors as one of the most important perpetrators of the undermined health of a person. Fortunately, modern computer monitors have become safer than their predecessors, but not completely harmless! It’s worth remembering.

The computer is harmful to the genitourinary system. The fact is that a long sitting posture in front of the computer provokes the appearance of a heat effect between the chair (sofa, armchair) and the human body. This leads to stagnation of blood in the pelvic region and negatively affects the genitourinary system. As a consequence – hemorrhoids or the risk of prostatitis in men.

The computer is harmful to the human psyche. Particularly harmful impact of the computer has on the child’s fragile psyche: modern computer games-shooters, characterized by their cruelty, often undermine the

mental health of the younger generation. In addition, often a computer turns serious people into so-called trolls – energy vampires, eating emotions from representatives of the Internet community. This has a disastrous effect both on the psyche of the provocateur himself and on his victims.

The computer undermines general physical health. Long stay at the computer provokes the lack of motor activity in humans. All this can lead to a disruption in the metabolism of bone tissue, as well as to a loss of its strength – hence the poor posture, and the sunken chest, and dry fingers, and much, much more.
