“The problem of choosing the path of life” composition
Every young man has to face the problem of choosing a future profession, choosing a life path. Often we choose this way rashly, make an occasional choice, and then turn into slaves of our profession, routinely performing their duties, not experiencing joy from their labor. Here is a problem, the problem of choosing a profession is put in his text by the famous playwright and writer E. Grishkovets.
His hero goes on an open day to the university, without any clear position: “I wanted to be a student. I wanted a fun, interesting life, I wanted to study was not boring.” Perhaps, with such a desire it would be necessary to enter some other educational institution, and not to the university. But the hero goes to the biophak, hoping that he will meet people similar to Paganel, a scientist from the novels of Jules Verne, that he will be offered in the future expeditions, scientific experiments, and his love for biology will flash with renewed vigor, and this will be his life
The author’s position is that the profession should be chosen not by its external signs, not by book heroes, but by vocation. And think about this need before, but not when it is time to enter the university.
I agree with the opinion of the author, because it is so important and serious for a person event – the choice of life path, that it can not be treated
The choice of a profession is often the fate of a person, so it is so important. In the novel by Yuri Herman “The Case You Serve”, the hero, Volodya Ustimenko, chooses the profession of a doctor, chooses her professionally, reads medical books, yet not everyone understands them, uses a dictionary to make sense. He deliberately goes to his dream, so he becomes an excellent surgeon, operates wounded under shelling during the war, then becomes the head physician of the hospital, created almost from scratch. Here is an example of a serious attitude toward choosing a profession, this is a vocation, sacrifice, responsibility.
Another example of a dream come true is the fate of Sani Grigoriev, the hero of the novel “Two Captains” by V. Kaverin. Even in his childhood he learns about the expedition of Captain Tatarinov, who disappeared in the Arctic ice. And he sets himself the goal of finding it. He becomes a pilot, works in the north, and he manages to realize his dream. His motto was the words: “Fight and seek, find and do not give up!”
It is a pity that for young people of the current generation, the main thing is not serving people, society, but gaining profit or searching for a fun, easy life. May be,
