Treasured casket

I was born and spent my childhood in the Urals. Then my parents moved, and I with them. Time passed, but I do not forget about my small homeland. Not only photographs, but also some things are reminded of her.

One of them – a box of black cast iron, which is made in the art of artistic casting. It is small, but heavy, weighing half a kilogram. The applied small and effective embossing gives the product a unique, finished look.

On the walls in a circle depicts the subjects devoted to the cultivation and harvesting, its processing and sale. Each of them is enclosed in a frame of small convex dots. On the cover are the images of people dancing in dance. And all this is surprisingly believable. To the tangibility convincingly metal reproduces the silk of grass, the folds of clothing, the fluttering manes of horses, the tender plumage of birds.

The casket has a name – “Dancing”. Probably not by accident. After all, after work there should always be leisure. “Cause time – a fun hour,” – says the proverb. This wonderful casket also illustrates folk wisdom. And she also represents my homeland – the Urals – with its amazing folk crafts.
