Learn the Russian language
Why do I need to learn Russian? This language is native for us, the first language that we were taught. We have spoken on it since childhood, so we rarely think about how complex and multifaceted it is. The Russian language needs to be taught in order to understand others and that they understand us. Growing up, we learn to read and write, communication is no longer confined to talking. We can write letters, essays, stories. Thus, we show our inner world, thoughts and feelings, which it is sometimes difficult to speak out loud. All our lives we do not stop learning Russian, we constantly learn something new. Sometimes these are slang or slang phrases, sometimes terms of foreign origin, but all of them are now part of the living Russian language, and to understand others, we have to know these words. We revolve in different circles of society, sometimes it is more profitable for us to speak the correct, literary Russian language, sometimes to go down to the jargon, everything in order
Many believe that the Russian language is going through not the best of times, that it is littered with words borrowed from other languages. But how now without them? Terms associated with computers and most other modern technology, there is nothing to replace. For example, we’ll start by trying to replace Americanisms with Russian words, instead of saying “browser” “software for browsing websites” and replace, in the end, one foreign word with two, but with three Russians. Does this make sense? Of course, do not abuse borrowed words, if for these things there are synonyms in Russian, but this is not always either. For example, who will now call the mayor a governor? I think no one. In addition, many of the words that appeared recently in our speech reflect our attitude to the designated subjects. For example, zomboyaschik. It is immediately understandable, that the speaker is negative about the attachment of modern people to television. Language has always changed, simplified, words appeared and disappeared. So it was, is and will be. We can not do anything about this. Time changes, language changes, it needs to adjust to society. If the language does not change, it will stop development. Trying to keep the language unchanged is as pointless as stopping the development of technology. Do I need to learn modern Russian? My answer is yes.
