The Krasnodar Territory is inhabited by people of different nationalities. Among them there are not only Russians, but also Ukrainians, Tatars, Greeks, Germans, Adygs, Kurds, Shapsugs and representatives of other countries of the world.
In 2015, due to military actions in Ukraine, more than 40 thousand people from the Luhansk and Donetsk regions arrived in the Krasnodar Territory. All of them found here not only a haven, but also received assistance in the form of various subsidies, housing and work, as well as moral support for the indigenous inhabitants of the region.
This is the edge of two seas – Black and Azov. Even the climate in different parts of the region is different. On the most part it is moderately continental, then on the Black Sea coast it is subtropical.
The Krasnodar Territory is rich in minerals. This is oil, natural gas, marble and quartz sand. It is possible to continue the description of the riches of our southern region indefinitely, but one of the largest basins of Europe is the Azov-Kuban basin of underground fresh water, which stores the largest reserves of thermal and mineral waters. And what kind of nature is here. Only forests are located on an area of about 2000 hectares.
And, of course, the most remarkable people here. In the Krasnodar region you can easily meet the Caucasian cordiality, German cleanliness, Ukrainian hospitality. The diversity of world cultures, varieties of gastronomic delicacies, many dialects – all this fascinates and fills the days with new events and acquaintances.
You will never forget the bright impressions that you get from staying in the Krasnodar Territory. And it does not matter how long you stay here – a day or a month. You will definitely want to return to this amazing place.
