Flowers on the windowsills

There are flowers on the windowsills of our school. Parents bought or raised them with their own hands and brought in the summer, before the September 1 holiday. But a week later some of the pots were dirty: they had paper, chewing gum, sheets were torn, broken, flowers lay on the floor.

Do the disciples not understand that beauty should be protected? After all, all this is created for us! Leaving for a break, we breathe clean air, as it is the flowers that help to clean it. We also see beautiful leaves, petals in neat pots, and we ourselves become better, more humane. Why behave like wild people, who probably have no one to bring up at home, or simply tell that to human work, thanks to which flowers grow in pots, must be treated with respect?

Do we have such cruel people who do not understand that flowers are also alive! it hurts when they are torn, broken, thrown! They just can not tell us about this! Or maybe those students who do this simply did not think about how meaningless their actions look? On behalf of the flowers I want to tell you: “It’s time! Think!”. Since today you do not regret to break another’s flower, and tomorrow you will do the same with someone else’s human life. You will not be sorry to break it, because you already started to do it with your own.
