Composition on the theme of the Olympic Games
The tradition of the Olympic Games comes from ancient Greece. We know that the first Olympics were held in the city of Olympia more than 2700 years ago. For five days in the country all wars stopped and sports were held. It was a wonderful sports festival of wrestling, racing, discus throwing and other sports. The games were organized and held until the year 393. Then, over 1700 years, nothing was heard about the Olympics. The first modern Olympic Games were held in Athens in 1896.
