What is a healthy lifestyle? This is a way of life in which we do not harm our bodies. How can we harm our own body? Bad habits, improper sleep patterns, unhealthy diet, sedentary lifestyle – all this is very harmful to us and can lead to big health problems.
Some people do not understand that with such a deplorable state of ecology, we just need to protect our health. Smoking, alcohol and other addictions are harmful to the human body. I do not understand why people are shortening their lives on their own.
In order to make your lifestyle healthy, you must forget poisoning habits, refuse harmful food (fast food, carbonated drinks, products with dyes, flavors and flavor enhancers). In the diet should be more clean water, fresh fruits, greens, vegetables, low-fat meat. Obligatory exercise, it is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle. It is necessary to establish a sleep regimen, because sleep deprivation also harms health.
I know all this from my mother. She has been teaching me to a healthy lifestyle since childhood. Mom prepares for us a delicious healthy food, sometimes I help her. Together we go for jogging, we ride bicycles, and in winter – on skis. We try to be as much as possible in the fresh air. My mother always watches me go to bed on time. Since last year we began to be tempered together. This, of course, is not easy and requires preparation, but this fall I was not sick. I think we will continue to support this tradition.
I am sure that if all people tried to lead a healthy lifestyle, then mankind would be able to defeat many diseases and increase life expectancy. It is a pity that not everyone understands this.
