Biography of Vladimir Zhirinovsky


Vladimir Volfovich Zhirinovsky – political figure of Russia, deputy chairman of the State Duma. At birth Vladimir Volfovich had the surname of Eidelstein.

After leaving school in Zhirinovsky’s biography, he began his studies at the Institute of Oriental Languages, where he specialized in Turkish. Then in 1965 he began to study at the University of Marxism-Leninism, and after his graduation – at the Lomonosov Moscow State University in the legal department. In 1998 he received a doctorate.

Even before graduating from the institute in his biography, Vladimir Zhirinovsky was a member of the Peace Protection Committee, then he became an employee of the Iniurcollegium. Continuing his legal career, Zhirinovsky headed the department of the publishing house “Mir”.

The structure of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Zhirinovsky joined since 1990, is its leader. He was a candidate for president four times. Since 1993, in his biography, Vladimir V. Zhirinovsky has served as a deputy to the State Duma, in which he has been deputy chairman since 2000. Published 12 books. He is married and has a son.
