Biography of Alexander Rybak


Alexander Igorevich Rybak – singer, musician, composer, winner of “Eurovision 2009”.

A talented musician and singer – Belarusian by origin, and by citizenship – Norwegian. Alexander was born on May 13, 1986 in Minsk. The fascination with music in the biography of Alexander Rybak was predetermined. His relatives are also musicians, his father is a violinist, his mother is a pianist, and her grandmother taught at a music school. Already from two years with little Sasha were engaged in music, and in five years he confidently began to master the basics of playing the piano and violin. Alexander’s style consisted of two components: classics and folk. Not for nothing among his idols musician calls Mozart, Sting, Beatles.

Then in the biography of Rybak moved to Norway. The family settled nearby Oslo. After that, the boy started attending a music school. Together with the musical, in which his father also took part, Alexander toured the world.

compose songs Alexander Rybak began as a child. The song “Foolin”, with which he won the Norwegian contest “Kjempesjansen”, also his own composition. The level of his playing the violin according to the experts’ assessments is very high. Alexander even played along with the world celebrity – violinist Pinchas Zukerman. At the moment, despite the heavy workload, Rybak works as an accompanist in the Norwegian orchestra “Ung Symfoni”.

The world triumph in the biography of Rybak took place on May 16, 2009. Then at the Eurovision song Alexander Rybak’s song “Fairytale” was recognized as the best. The performer scored a record number of points, becoming an undoubted leader. The song “Fairytale” was also written by Alexander, dedicated to the former girl.

Since then, the concert schedule of the singer has condensed, Alexander has already managed to perform at many festivals, competitions. For example, he took part in the “Slavonic Bazaar” in Vitebsk, in the gala concert of the Ukrainian TV show “Ukraine is talent”.

Also in the biography of Alexander Rybak in 2004, another prize was awarded – Anders Jahres. And the first CD of Sasha, released on June 1, 2009, has already become platinum in Russia.
