Biography Ognev Vladimir Fedorovich
(07/07/1923)
Ognev Vladimir Fedorovich (7.07.1923, Poltava). Frontier. Graduated in 1950 Litinstitut. For many years he studied modern poetry. At one time he studied the literature of the socialist countries of Europe. He also tried to write prose, but she had no success. In 1991, after the failure of the putsch, he headed the International Literature Fund, at the expense of which he tried to publish the journal Phoenix-XXX. But, as a publisher, in the conditions of the market showed his complete lack of professionalism. In the spring of 2003, he resigned his authority in the International Litfond to new leaders and immediately became a participant in a noisy scandal. The fact that Ognev agreed to rented a summer residence in Peredelkino first on not entirely legal terms to transfer to some investor who promised to invest in the development of the Litfond a lot of money, and before that helped to finance another film by Yuri Polyakov, but when I felt that the investor and the new leadership are not playing a completely clean game, I asked to return the dacha back. However, the housing issue, in modern conditions turned into an actual topic of real estate, always spoiled both Muscovites and provincials. In 2001, he published a book of memoirs “Amnesty for talent”.
