Dorian Yates – English bodybuilder, six-time winner of the competition “Mr. Olympia.”

Dorian was born on April 19, 1962 in the town of Sutton Coldfield near Birmingham. To the physical work in his biography, Dorian Yates has been used since childhood. He worked hard on the farm. Then, after growing up, I experienced many professions. Carried away by bodybuilding, he devoted all his free time to training.

In 1985, Dorian became the seventh amateur on the “World Games”. Until 1991, he managed to significantly improve the result, to become the second on “Mr. Olympia.” And in 1992 he became known as the winner of “Mr. Olympia”. In 1993, Dorian proved that the previous victory is not an accident, again winning first place. From 1992 to 1997, six consecutive times, Dorian Yates became the winner of the most prestigious competitions. With a height of 179 cm, the athlete weighs 137 kg, and during the competition reduces weight to 116 kg.

In 1993, a biography of Dorian Yates was published under the title “Blood and Guts”. In 1996, a video with the same name appeared, showing the usual training week of the athlete.
