Biography of Chulpan Khamatova
Chulpan Nailevna Khamatova – actress of theater, cinema, Honored Artist of Russia.
Chulpan Khamatova was born on October 1, 1975 in Kazan in the Tatar family of engineers. Childhood in the biography Chulpan Khamatova did not foreshadow the actor’s career. She was fond of figure skating, mathematics.
Then she entered the financial and economic institute, but decided that her vocation was a stage, she left the institute, went to study at the Kazan Theater School. After his graduation, I entered GITIS. In the theater, Chulpan Khamatova began to play before the end of her studies at the academy. And in 1988 she began performing at the Sovremennik Theater.
The first films by Chulpan Khamatova also appeared before the end of GITIS. Her first role in the movie was played in the 1997 film “The Time of the Dancer”. Since then, 29 films have been produced with her participation. As an actress Chulpan Khamatova won great popularity among the audience, as well as recognition from critics thanks to the picture “Country of the Deaf.”
In addition, Chulpan showed herself as a TV presenter in the project “Another Life”, “Wait for Me.” And in the project “Ice Age” Chulpan Khamatova together with Roman Kostomarov under the coaching of Averbukh took first place. Children Chulpan Khamatova – Arina, Asya. The actress cares for cancer patients, is the founder of the fund “Give life”.
