What does it mean to be a healthy person


Health – one of the prerequisites of a full-blooded, creative, happy life.

The question of what counts as a health indicator is viewed from different points of view. In the characteristics of health, according to the World Health Organization, is the feeling of a person full of physical, mental and social well-being, and not just the absence of disease.

Indicators of good health are: high working capacity, creative activity, joyful world perception, harmonious development of physical and mental strength, moral qualities of a person, his interests and needs. So, if you are cheerful, eat with appetite, sleep soundly, then you are healthy. Good health is when you have nothing to hurt, at lessons you are attentive, diligent, active. You are healthy when you grow normally, feel good.

To be healthy you need:

    Stick to the daily routine; Watch TV about health; Do not overeat; Do physical work; Have personal hygiene products; Do not go out; Observe the rules of personal hygiene; Do not invite anyone to visit; Keep your clothes and shoes clean; Do sport; It’s too early to go to sleep.
