What did the spring trickle to me?

I always wondered where the spring streams originate. When I went out in the morning, there were no streams. During the night the spring frosts covered the earth with an ice crust, under which puddles and streams hid. Under the translucent ice, one could see what carried the trickle with him yesterday and what was to be carried on to him when the sun again awakened the stream. They were matches, some twigs and even a paper boat frozen in the ice. And indeed, several hours pass, the trickle is gaining strength and at first lazily, and then it rushes faster along one of the well-known routes. Water gently gurgles, foams. Along the bed of the stream, miniature beaches, slopes are guessed. Pedestrians walk by, occasionally glancing at the stream. But then a large lorry drove up to the neighboring entrance and the stream channel destroyed the wheels. In its place a rut was formed, which gradually filled with water. I decided to restore the stream. The car left, and I, taking a child’s

shoulder-blade, helped the stream to regain its former boundaries. And he continued his run with even greater strength and confidence. In his murmur I heard the joy of free running water. And I realized that a few days would pass and no ice shell would captivate the stream. Sparrows chirped, it seemed as if they were singing a simple song with a stream. “If it’s a song, then what is it about?” I thought. Probably, that frosts will soon leave completely and migrate birds will return. that a few days will pass and no ice shell will captivate the stream.
