Biography of Oleg Polyakov

Polyakov Oleg Vladimirovich was born July 6, 1977 in Tuymazy in the family of workers. Father – Vladimir Vasilyevich, worked as a mechanic at the plant. Mother – Tamara Ilinichna, an accountant in a kindergarten.

Childhood

He spent his childhood and youth in his native town of Tuymazy, where in 1994, graduated from secondary school No. 7. In the same year Polyakov O. V. entered the Ufa State Technological Institute of Service at the Faculty of Economics, which successfully graduated in 5 years, having received the specialty of a manager in the social sphere.

Career

The main work of Polyakov OV almost always was connected with administrative activity. In different years he headed the enterprises of oil, construction and social sphere. Possessing outstanding organizational skills, he always ably found reasonable and responsible decisions. The scale of its activities is characterized by many projects implemented not only in the city of Ufa, but

also in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The construction company “Geomassive – Ural”, in the creation of which actively participated Polyakov O. V. in the development of Ufa, participated in the construction of the railway station st. Ufa, the Friendship Monument, the Akbuzat racecourse and a number of other socially significant objects in Ufa.

In 2008 Oleg Polyakov, at his own expense with the involvement of leading experts in his field, creates a unique network of medical laboratories Medialab in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Having bought the best European models of diagnostic equipment, he equipped them with the entire network of medical laboratories, which today is the best and largest in the region.

Thanks to this project, thousands of residents of Ufa and the whole Republic were able to quickly and efficiently diagnose their health, revealing hidden foci in the early stages of their diseases. The laboratory continues its activity to this day, providing qualitative diagnostics of Bashkortostan residents.

The next challenge that fell to the share of Oleg Polyakov was

the company “Ufimkabel.” During the period from 2011 to 2013, at the Ufimkabel plant, O. V. Polyakov managed to organize the modernization of production, equipping it with modern, high-tech equipment, renewing production and the product range, and, most importantly, raising the salaries of workers.

Thanks to the management decisions taken, O. V. Polyakov managed to increase the plant’s revenue by 2.5 times. As a result, the plant management decided to further develop and transfer production to another site in order to increase the output of products.

Oleg Polyakov is a member of the Board of Directors of the engineering engineering holding NIPI NG Peton, which specializes in the modernization, reconstruction and construction of oil and gas facilities in Russia and the CIS countries. “Peton” realizes “on a turn-key basis” the largest projects in oil and gas, oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical The main priority of the company is the support of Russian machine-building plants under the import substitution program.

Public and charitable activities

In addition to management activities in business, Oleg Polyakov conducts a large public and charitable work. Oleg Polyakov is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for Support and Development of Science of the Republic of Bashkortostan, which oversees a number of educational programs of the Ufa State Oil Technical University. O. V. Polyakov within the framework of this Fund sponsors the competition “Sh. U. PAGE IK” for schoolchildren who know how to build engineering structures, in which hundreds of young engineers take part.

Sport

Going in for sports since early childhood, Polyakov OV actively promotes the kind of martial arts of Kyokushinkai in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

He is a member of the Presidium of the Sports Federation for Kyokushin. Thanks to his personal support, two athletes from the Republic for the first time in the history of Belarus took part in the absolute world championship in Japan for Kyokushinkai.

Polyakov O. V. on a permanent basis provides significant sponsorship for the development of children’s sports in Ufa.

A family

Polyakov O. V. is married. With his wife Natalia Viktorovna, she brings up her daughter together. The family leads a healthy lifestyle, skiing, swimming, attending theaters, and keen on tourism.
