Biography of Jerry Rice


Jerry Rice – football player, was born on October 13, 1962 in Starkville, Mississippi. He is best known as the host of the San Francisco Fortinners team from 1985 to 2000.

Jerry Rice was constantly in the lead among other players of the National Football League in the number of ball acceptances, traversed yards, touchdowns. The athlete started playing at the University of Mississippi. There he for 42 games scored 310 passes at 4.856 yards, made 51 touchdowns.

During his career, Jerry Rice made 1,549 passions, 197 touchdowns, passed 22,895 yards.

Additional information: All his career Rice wore uniform No. 80. But with the Denver team he changed the number to 19. The same number was taken by Joe Montana player when he joined the Kansas City Chefs in 1993.
