Summary of “The Crow and the Fox” Krylova
Guys, the chanterelle in the fable is flattering and very tricky, but not at all bad, it can not even be called simple. Willingness and ingenuity do not take her. But the crow on the contrary was a bit stupid, that she believed in the persuasions of the fox and croaked in all her throat, because she could not really sing and could not boast of an angelic voice, but how did she like to listen to the fox’s praise. I missed my piece of cheese, and the fox was so. Interestingly, and on whose side are you?
The main contradiction in the fable of the Crow and the fox is laid in the inconsistent text and morality. Morality says that flattering is bad, but the fox, who behaves exactly this way, is the winner! The text of the fable shows how playfully and witty the fox behaves, but does not condemn her behavior. What is the secret?
And there is really no mystery, just at every age and position, a person treats flattery and flatterers differently, some times the fox’s behavior will seem to be an ideal, and at other times an ugly act. The only thing that remains unchanged is the stupidity of a duped crows – there’s no change.
