A “Diavona” spaceship from the planet of Ramery is sent to Earth. As a part of the crew, the captain of the ship is a general, navigator, doctor, pilot and servant of General Ilsor.
On the planet of Rameria live arzacs – talented, but trusting, like children, people, and menites, who have a supreme ruler. He enchants man, looking into his eyes. So he persuaded the menites that they were the chosen race of the universe, and made the Arzacs obey the menivites. Arzaki invented, worked, and their discoveries were used by menites. The menvites planned to conquer the planet Earth. They landed in a secluded area, not knowing that they were in the Magic Country.
The first days on Earth
Living in a magical land recluse Urfin Dzhus receives from the Tin Woodman as a gift a telescope. Somehow looking at him, he sees “Dyavon”, but does not attach any importance to this. Oorfene is engaged in gardening. He grows unprecedented vegetables and fruits

Annie, Tim and Aliens
Dragon Oihjo brings Kaggi-Karr and Faramanta to Kansas. They ask Annie for help. Calling Alfred Canning, Annie and Tim arrive in the Enchanted Land. This time Artoshka remains at home.
Arzaki, extracting emeralds for the general, notice that the stones protect from the hypnosis of the menvites. Among the Arzaks an uprising is brewing.

Under the leadership of Ilsora the aliens return home, and Annie with Tim and Alfred – in Kansas.
