Summary of the “First Hunt” Bianchi
In this tale, V. V. Bianchi talks about the protective devices of animals. At the heart of the plot is the first hunt of an inexperienced presumptuous puppy. Puppy one goes to the forest. There he sees quite real beetles, caterpillars, butterflies, lizards, birds. As well as it is necessary in a fairy tale, all of them talk, but appearance and their behavior are plausible. The real closely intertwines with the fabulous, which makes the narration even more fascinating.
The action of the work is characterized by intense dynamism. The puppy met the hoopoe. Hoopoe fell to the ground, wings spread, tail opened, raised his beak. Looks puppy: there is no bird, but on the ground there is a motley flap, from which the needle sticks out. The puppy was surprised: “Where did the hoopoe go?” – and went another bird to catch. He is still inexperienced, therefore, every animal he meets easily escapes the hunter-mountain.
Thanks to the fairy story, the reader is well acquainted with quite specific scientific knowledge. Under the talented pen of the writer the most ordinary phenomena turn into bright and memorable.
