Works about fishing

During the summer holidays, we went fishing three times with my grandfather. Fishing took place at a rate, that is, on a pond. We arrived there very early in the morning by car. It was not far, fifteen minutes from the force. The red sun was just starting to break away from the horizon, and we were already pulling out the fishing rods from the car. To rise, however, it was necessary even earlier, almost dark. We did not even have breakfast, so as not to waste time.

Upon arrival at the rates, we immediately laid out on the shore, set the fishing rods and threw them. Grandfather taught me what to do and how to do it right. On the last visit to fishing, I already did everything myself: I planted bait, straightened the line, and so on.

When all preparations were completed, it was necessary to wait, only when they bite. Then you could have breakfast with sandwiches, what Grandmother prepared for us. Grandfather took out a thermos with hot tea. I watched the nature at the rate. At this time the water was very quiet, you can immediately see where the fish splashes. And around, too, there was an amazing silence, only the frogs “cracked” in the reeds.

We began to peck the fish, we cut it and pulled it out. These were carp, rudd, roach, occasionally caught a perch when caught in a small fry. Once we pulled out even the ruff, and did not expect to meet him. Grandpa said that the ruff loves the sandy bottom, but at our rate the bottom is rocky. We gave this fish to my grandmother on my ear. It’s not good to fry it, because there are too many bones in the ruff.

Soon the sun began to heat up, my grandfather and I took off our outer clothing. We hid the fish in a bucket and covered with a net, so that flies do not reach it. When it got hot, we had time to catch fish properly. When we came home, the cat Vaska was the first to meet us! After all, a few fish immediately fell to him.
