What is upbringing?

First we turn to the explanatory dictionary. “Education is the ability to behave.” What does it mean to be able to behave in a team? Being a well-bred person is both the ability to greet and support the conversation in the community, and to eat, dress, and act in public.

And those who believe that good manners are reduced to good manners think wrongly. When we say “educated person”, we mean something deeper in a person, and above all an inner intelligence. And this means being attentive to others, tactful, modest.

Being a polite, educated, seasoned person is not so easy. Self-discipline is needed here, and the willingness to sometimes give up one’s own advantages, habits and, most importantly, a sense of respect for other people, for the collective, for responsibility for their actions towards society.

Judge for yourselves: having breakfasted somewhere in a forest glade, it is easier, of course, to “forget” the remains of

food, paper. It’s more of a hassle – to collect all this and bury it or take it with you, then throw it into the garbage can.

To give way to a crowded bus to an elderly person means to feel a noticeable awkwardness. And without hesitation, every well-educated person will do it. She will not allow herself to turn on the transistor under the windows of the apartment building. She knows: we live in an age when around and so noisy, how not to protect peace and silence?

Education is not only courtesy and affability. This is humanity. It is to be among people by the Man. For this, first of all, you need to have such inner qualities, 3 as sincerity, kindness. An educated person will decide an unexpected life conflict with humor rather than with annoyance.

External culture, human behavior is not separated by a blank wall from its inner, spiritual world. Listening to music, contemplating works of art, reading books – all this enriches the spiritual world of a person, and therefore, promotes education.
