Take care of our smaller brethren

Dad gave Vita a wonderful knife. What did not the guys offer in exchange for a knife? But Victor did not want to listen.

At school, Victor saw in the hands of Petka a bullfinch, to whose foot was tied a thread. Petya then let go of the bullfinch, then again draws to himself.

Vitya gave Petka a knife, and the exchange took place. Vitya took off the thread from the paw of the bird, climbed onto the windowsill and opened the window.

Dad gave Vita a wonderful knife. He was very handsome, throwing, except sharp-sharpened blades inside were an awl and even a nail file. The mother-of-pearl pen was poured into the sun. They could be cut, cut, sawed.

What did not the guys offer in exchange for a knife? Dima wanted to give his new ball. Neighbor on the desk, Kolya offered watches and trinkets. The girls tried to exchange the knife for all sorts of bows, pegs.

At school, Victor saw in the hands of Petka a bullfinch, to whose foot was tied a thread. The boy then

lets go of the bird, then again draws to himself. Petya was a very cruel person.

Bullfinch looked exhausted. He had tenacious claws, a sharp little beak, a black cap on the head, a bright red breast. When Petya pulled at the thread, the bird fell, plaintively squeaked, beat on the floor with wings, and feathers flew in different directions.

Vity felt sorry for the bullfinch. Realizing that Petya was older and stronger than him, the boy approached his comrade and said menacingly:

-Why are you torturing a bird? Let her go!

“What a cunning little thing,” answered Petya. “And give me your knife!”

Petya was very anxious to get this little thing and, therefore, pulled the thread even harder. Bullfinch fell, his eyes were covered with gray film. Vita was difficult to part with his father’s gift, but the life of the bullfinch was more expensive and more important. The boy gave the knife to Petka, and the exchange took place.

Vitya came home, took off the thread from the foot of the bullfinch, opened the window and let him go.

I liked the act of Vitya. It’s very noble. I want more people like Vitya. Guys, take care of our smaller brothers!
