How human freedom and morality are connected


An important concept of human life is Freedom, which is often understood as the opportunity to behave in its own discretion, to act without obstacles and prohibitions. But when a person can be considered free? Maybe when he does what he pleases? Or when he does not depend on anyone?

Thus, freedom first of all manifests itself in what we choose in our lives and how we act to achieve this dream. If a person decides what to do, he is personally responsible for his actions, since human freedom can not be carried out at the expense of others. Therefore, the needs, interests of other people are a natural restriction of everyone’s freedom.

People often evaluate their actions and actions from the point of view of good and evil. Therefore, every day we make a conscious or unconscious choice between good and evil: whether to give up a place in transport to an elderly person, whether to tell my mother about a bad evaluation, whether to make lessons, instead of watching TV, to tell someone about another’s secret. Sometimes it is extremely difficult to make a choice in favor of good. You already know that insofar as our actions and actions respond to the position of good, and the morality of man is manifested. However, we can evaluate someone’s deed from the point of view of morality only if it is done in good faith. The good created by coercion is not appreciated, unintentional evil is forgiven.
