Biography of Valery Bikbulatov
Valery Vyacheslavovich Bikbulatov is a well-known Russian financial expert with more than twenty years of successful experience in the field of credit operations.
Childhood and Education
Bikbulatov Valery Vyacheslavovich was born on December 4, 1971 in the village of Seryshevo in the Amur Region. Soon, along with his family, the future financier moved to the Irkutsk region. Valery Vyacheslavovich received his primary education at school No. 7, in the village of Kultuk in the Slyudyansky district.
After graduation, he entered the Irkutsk Institute of National Economy for full-time studies. Valery Vyacheslavovich already saw perspective directions of activity, therefore the choice of the engineering and economic faculty of mining and construction was not accidental. Having successfully graduated in 1993, the institute received the specialty “Mining engineer-economist”.

From 1993 to 1995 Valery Vyacheslavovich holds the post of Deputy Head of the Currency Department of the Staratelsky Commercial Bank in Irkutsk. In 1995 – 1996 he worked as Deputy Chief Accountant in the Irkutsk Commercial Bank “Russian Credit”. From 1996 to 1997 he held the post of head of the department of foreign exchange operations and international operations in Irkutsk. From March 1997 to April 1997 – improves his professionalism in the Irkutsk organization of the opening of the currency department in the Commercial Bank Angarsk.
In 1997 – 1998, he acts as deputy manager of the Bamkredit Bank. In 1998 – 2003 – took the post of director of the branch of JSC “Sibakademik” in Irkutsk. From 2003 to 2004 he works as an advisor to the chairman of the board of the subsidiary bank of OAO Sibakademik – OAO Dalvneshtorgbank.

Personal life and hobbies
Lives with his wife and three children in Irkutsk. Free from work, Valery Vyacheslavovich dedicates his family and his favorite hobby – chess and fishing.
I was interested in chess as early as 9 years. Intellectual game is so enthralled that up to 20 years he professionally engaged in chess. With Valery Vyacheslavovich for a long time engaged in the famous coach M. A. Pashkovsky. He regularly participated in chess competitions, got the title of CCM. An important event for him was a game of draw with the famous grandmaster Arthur Yusupov, who in Slyudyanka gave a simultaneous game. In 1985, Kasparov came to Irkutsk, but he could not play with him.
At the moment, chess remains only a favorite hobby, so there is no possibility to participate in regular competitions to confirm the title of the CCM. According to Valery Bikbulatov, his great pride is the huge library of chess books, consisting of about 300 copies, which he constantly replenishes. In this collection there are books published in 1927.
Fishing for Valery Vyacheslavovich – a pleasant hobby and the best holiday away from the city, in the remote places of the Baikal region.
Professional recognition
In 1999 he was awarded with the Certificate of Honor of OJSC “Sibacadembank” for the initiative and the first operation in the bank with gold raw materials, as well as for the independent and stable development of the branch.
In 2000, Valery Vyacheslavovich was awarded a memorable gold ingot of OJSC Sibakadembank for stable and high performance in labor activity. The award was timed to the tenth anniversary of the bank.
In 2001 he was awarded a gold mark for high performance in the work.
