Biography of Natalia Vodyanova


Natalia Mikhailovna Vodyanova is a Russian supermodel, actress and philanthropist.

Natalia was born on February 28, 1982 in the city of Nizhny Novgorod.

Dizzy career

Work as a model Vodyanova began at the age of sixteen. In her city she successfully passed a casting in the modeling agency, which was called “Eugene”. At the next show, a representative of the French model agency Viva Model Managemen drew attention to her, who offered the girl a job of a professional model. A few months passed, and the Russian model was already in Paris.

Throughout her career, Vodianova has worked with such popular fashion houses as: Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, Givenchy and some others. Natalia has four children: sons Lucas and Victor Portman, daughter of Neva Portman – from her ex-husband, and also son Maxim, who was born on May 2, 2014 from Antoine Arno, with whom Vodianova had a long romance.

Charity

Natalia is very fond of children, and she organized her own charitable foundation “Naked Hearts” to help them. The Foundation is engaged in the construction of children’s playgrounds, both in Russia and abroad. Only in Russia there were built about a hundred playgrounds, as well as 68 parks for children.

In 2011, the foundation organized the program “Every child is worthy of a family”, whose goal is to reduce the existing in Russia cases of parents’ refusal from their children. According to this program, the “Family Support Center” was built in her native city, and “Lekoteka” in the Tula region.
